Such was so …

Posted by Donald Teel on November 30th, 2008

Prscott Courthouse LightingThere is nothing like Prescott, Arizona during the holiday season. The temperatures drop and so do leaves.

The downtown area, know as “The Square” is home to lights, decorations, parades and sometimes a bit of snow. Living in Prescott means a lot of things…one of them is joy during the holiday season.

Come to Prescott, Arizona!

collateral damage

Posted by JACK KONOPSKI on October 4th, 2008

The election is around the corner. What an exciting time. Help me to understand. The case: I recently got divorced for the benefits of everybody concerned. This process, ( particularly in my case: no children, no spouse support, no dependents, no health issues, no any other issues that could prolong the process in any way) is in its entirety governed by statutes. in other words, don’t be creative just follow the legislators manual so to speak, the statutes. If that was not enough, we have elected the guardians, so the manuals are implemented and followed to the letter, we call …

Posted by TalentBankRelocation on October 1st, 2008

If you’ve considered selling your home in a slow real estate market you may wonder if you can get a fair price for your home. Fortunately, you don’t have to be afraid of the rising foreclosure rate. Smart sellers know how to compete with foreclosures when selling their home.

1. Smart sellers ask for what their home is worth. You need to set your asking price based on the market value of your home. The bank wants to get as much money as possible for their properties. Their asking price for foreclosures is usually as close as …

$1 per gallon gasoline? what, is it a joke?

Posted by JACK KONOPSKI on August 14th, 2008

Since I became a citizen of one of the greatest country on this planet the USA I have made a lot friends from all sorts of line of life. Recently, I have heard their comments almost as in form of a question. Jack, why is it , they say, that it is the foreigner, that is more like to achieve, if not conquer the American Dream.
Tell me if you agree or disagree with. Either way it would be educational for all of us.
Fiscally, there two types of citizens. First- informed and the second -uniformed. This is …

In addition, residents, non-residents, or aspiring out …
